Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Vanity First aims to provide quality products and services and we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you.

On Products

Customers may return/exchange the items within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase in the following cases:

  1. Received a defective or expired product
  2. Received a different product from what you ordered

Terms for returns and exchanges:

  1. Product must be unopened in original packaging and in saleable condition
  2. Delivery or shipping of products will be your responsibility unless the merchandise is defective, expired or incorrect.
  3. Products received for free as promotion, bonus or gift cannot be exchanged of refunded.
  4. Products purchased at discounted rates or on sale will not be exchanged or refunded
  5. Where merchandise is purchased with gift or bonus, the gift or bonus must also be returned. If you are unable to return the gift or bonus, or it is not in saleable condition, the value of refund will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus items.
  6. Products valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges are only those received with defect or damage. While we understand that you might have changed your mind, we won’t be able to take these items back due to personal hygiene standards and company policy.

On Gift Certificate

Gift certificates cannot be exchange for cash and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.

On Services

If you are not pleased with our services, please reach out to us at hello@vanityfirst.com.ph and we will do everything to remedy this.

For Single Session Service

Service rendered cannot be refunded or exchanged when they are performed in a proper manner consistent with the customary standard.

For Package or Bundle Service

1. Should you choose to cancel the remaining sessions or refuse to complete the treatment package, the prices of the treatment will be computed at regular price per session.

2. In addition, any available refund for the remaining sessions in treatment package, will be reduced by 30% to cover for additional fees.

6. Reason for exchange/return/refund

Once we receive your email, our representative will contact you within a reasonable time.

Vanity First Skin Center reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
